Cancellation Policy

This is for K-9 Designs Dog Grooming. This applies to any service by K-9 Designs Dog Grooming. Our policy is as follows: LATE DROP OFFS + CANCELLATIONS We require a 24 hour for cancellation of appointments. Missed appointments will incur of a $25 fee and must be paid before further appointments can be booked. Depending on how busy we are, if you are late you could be re-booked and the cancellation fee will also apply. Please make sure to be on-time with your appointments. LATE PICK UP We have full attention to your dog while in our care, but after their scheduled time, we have other dogs to give the same amount of care to make sure they have the best experience possible. We will call the owner of the dog, letting them know that the dog is ready to go. If the dog isn't picked up within 45 minutes of that call, you will be charged $10 for every 5 minutes of being late. We understand that things come up, but even just a text or a call letting us know you are going to a late is appreciated. REFUNDS All sales are final and must be paid in full at the drop off of the dog or after appointment when picking the dog up. We do not give refunds unless we fell it is appropriate for the situation. MATTING Sometimes the dog can not be groomed to customers preference because of matting or other problem. We try to catch everything at drop off so we do not have this problem, but there is always a chance we miss something. If there is nothing we can do about the situation and the dog must be cut shorter or even shaved, we will call you. If there is no response, we will continue and do what is best for the dog. Yes we understand that sometimes the dog must be shorter than wanted, but we want the best for every dog that comes to us! EXTRA NEED DOGS This applies to dogs that are excessively hipper, aggressive, etc. We always want to do our best but some dogs just need to be handled by a veterinarian.
